The brief: Portrait photography for restaurant chain Vapiano, capturing their staff as they really are — personalities showing through, not stiff corporate headshots. The images were built to work hard across the business: recruitment campaigns, training programmes, web and social, print advertising, and as full-height displays in the windows of new venues including Edinburgh and Glasgow.
