The brief: A long-term photography partnership with the Chartered Management Institute — the professional body for management and leadership. Working as an extension of CMI's in-house creative team, I shoot their campaigns and their collaborations with universities and education partners who deliver CMI's qualifications. Everyone photographed is real — not models or actors, but genuine learners studying CMI courses — so the images feel authentic and true to the brand. Because I know CMI inside out, every shoot is straightforward and consistent: the team can brief me quickly, trust the result, and know the work will always be on-brand.
